If customers enter a US address but select a different country to attempt to purchase, the payment will have to be refunded, less a refund charge which includes the charges made to us from Credit Card/Paypal.

Delivery Policy

Delivery charges vary depending on the item purchased and the destination of the parcel, please check product category. Your postage will be displayed once the item is in the basket before you make payment so that you can review.

Despatch

Your order will normally be despatched to you within 3-5 working days. Orders within the UK are sent via the Royal Mail or Private Courier depending on the option you selected at the checkout. Private Courier delivery requires a signature and is only available to UK addresses. Overseas/International orders are sent by Airmail. Our website is designed to only allow you to purchase items we have in stock however In the unlikely event that any of the items you order are out of stock we will inform you by email or telephone of our earliest possible despatch date.

Delivery Time

Standard Royal Mail delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from despatch date, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services. Private Courier delivery is next day after the despatch date.

Missing or Delayed Items

Please note that we will need to wait at least 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
